After 1 and a half years of consistently taking Moringa and Chlorella in either powder or capsule form, I have noticed some interesting changes in my overall health and energy.
What started as a simple experiment to boost my nutrition naturally has turned into a valuable part of my daily routine.
Both superfoods brought their own unique qualities: Moringa for its rich vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, and Chlorella for its potential detoxifying properties and high chlorophyll content.
In this post, I will share my honest experience, how I felt, what improvements I personally noticed, and what I learned along the way.
In April, I shared my experience after 1 full year of taking Moringa and Chlorella.
Now, at 1 year and 6 months, I want to update you on what has changed since then, what stayed the same, and what new things I have observed during these additional six months.
During the first year, I already noticed better energy, slightly clearer skin, and less fatigue overall. Since then, continuing for another six months, I have seen even more gradual changes. For this period, I was taking around 6 teaspoons of Moringa daily and 2 capsules of Chlorella daily.
One of the first changes I noticed during this half-year update was that my hair became softer, longer, and healthier. I went for regular trims, but overall, it has been easier to manage. I also continued to eat cleaner, avoiding junk food, meat, and dairy more often. This might have contributed to the results. My cravings have become much more manageable. Sometimes, two hours after dinner, I would have a light craving, but I could easily satisfy it with a few dried apricots, pistachios, or seaweed sheets around 9 or 10 p.m. These small snacks kept me feeling comfortable and full.
My skin has also continued to improve. I have fewer dark spots, even though I occasionally fell asleep without removing sunscreen. I did not keep up a full skincare routine every day, but my skin still looks healthier and feels smoother.
My memory and concentration seem better too. Even though I went through a very stressful time between May and September, I still felt more focused compared to before. I was dealing with worry, sleep problems, headaches, and stomach tension because of family changes. My parents decided to downsize and live on their own, so my sister and I had to find a place together. Since my sister was very particular about choosing the right house, the process was stressful, and I often felt anxious.
Physically, when I took 6 teaspoons of Moringa powder in the morning, I experienced frequent burping and gas at night. I believe this was part of my digestion adjusting. I also noticed regular bowel movements one to two times daily even without exercise. During this time, I reduced my intake of bread and refined carbohydrates and ate more potatoes, rice, and whole grains instead.
I decided to post this update two weeks later than planned because I wanted to observe what would happen after changing my intake. At the beginning of October 2025, I reduced my Moringa from 6 teaspoons to 3 teaspoons daily to see if it would help with bloating, and after about two and a half weeks, the bloating noticeably decreased.
Overall, comparing 1 year to 1 and a half years, I can say that the benefits have continued gradually rather than dramatically. My energy levels, skin clarity, digestion, and mental focus have remained steady, and in some areas, slightly better. This experience has shown me that consistency and patience really matter when it comes to using natural supplements.

These natural supplements are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, which may support your health in different ways. Keep in mind that results can vary from person to person, and these changes take time.
