- Red lentils
- Olive oil
- Chili pepper
- Black pepper
- Cumin
- Thyme
- Mint

- Black cumin or sesame seeds (for topping)
Instructions:
- Wash the lentils and soak them in water for 3 hours.
- Drain the water, then blend the lentils with olive oil and your chosen spices until smooth.
