Crispy Red Lentil Crackers

These Crispy Red Lentil Crackers are a crunchy, flavorful snack that’s easy to make at home.

Ingredients:

  • Red lentils
  • Olive oil
  • Chili pepper
  • Black pepper
  • Cumin
  • Thyme
  • Mint
  • Salt
  • Other spices you like
  • Black cumin or sesame seeds (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Wash the lentils and soak them in water for 3 hours.
  2. Drain the water, then blend the lentils with olive oil and your chosen spices until smooth.
  3. Take a spoonful of the mixture and place it on a tray - shape into small rounds.
  4. Sprinkle black cumin or sesame seeds on top.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) until the crackers are crispy.
